Cateye CC-RD300W strada wireless Nov 17, 2009 I have this computer for almost a month. It been on 4 rides. It fits perfectly on my Thomson stem. This computer has the basic functions. The measurement is correct compare to map. If you don't need anything fancy, this computer is for you.
Not for recumbents ! Nov 17, 2009 The package doesn't mention the requirement to have the back of the computer face the sensor within a certain distance. This is a real problem for a recumbent with underseat steering. I have not been able to solve this yet so I have not been able to use it.
Bought as a gift Nov 08, 2009 I bought this as a gift for a new, very enthusiastic bike rider, now doing marathons. She LOVED it!
My only complaint is that I had to pay extra for shipping; this is something Amazon should try to change especially for items that fall into the over $25 free shipping category.
Works just as described Nov 03, 2009 I upgraded from a Cateye wired to the wireless and I am completely satisfied. The installation was a snap. I was done in about 10 minutes with no problems. I had no problem setting the sensor like some others have mentioned. It worked great from the first time I spun the wheel and is still working fine. I am not sure why you would need any other type of computer unless you want cadence.

awesome product! but no backlight Oct 22, 2009 I would of given this product 5 stars but i noticed when i was riding at night that it did not contain a backlight so i couldnt see how fast i was going. The device is relatively small and contained lots of benefits. Very easy setup and easy to install took like 5 mins to attach everything and get the sensor aligned correctly.
I actually lost the device because i didnt lock it in correctly and snap it in before i went riding and ended up just ordering another one. I am an avid rider but would like to know how long i traveled and how fast i was going. If you are like me you would definately enjoy this product. The display is big enough to display all this and the instructions that came with it were very detailed. If you are still confused there are tons of youtube videos that show off this product and help with it.
I believe the higher models actually have a backlight but for the price this is smaller and fits the needs that i want. I guess i could shine a light on it.
